I have heard mixed reviews on this. It is a better bargain than the Bowflex although the Bowflex is a better made machine. They work in a similar manner. Some people will bad mouth these machines and advocate free weights, but the bow type machines have their place as well. I would rather buy the Bowflex or if space allowed, free weights, but at this price it is hard to pass this up. There have been quality concerns with this product in the past, but hopefully they have taken customer feedback seriously and worked out the problems. Go here for reviews...

I have it. I recommend it as a good machine to get in shape. If you want to look like Arnold or Hulk Hogan, get freeweights and steroids. But if you just want to build an average muscular frame this is good.

Plus those motherf$@%$#@ at HSN have just cut 100 bucks of the price I paid in january with this new coupon and their sale.

I couldnt give up the gym, theres just too much eye candy running around. I have a girl friend, and it helps build up for when i get home.
