I've been using serversonic.com for the past 3 months and have been VERY happy. They're very accomodating and give custom service.

and NO, I am in no way associated with them, just like 'em alot because they're resonable in cost, and provide great service.
 
My site was/is hosted by manlius.com is down, manlius.com is down. No one answers the phone or aim at manlius.com. Who else signed up with these guys? And where are you moving your sites to now?

they're hosted at rackshack.. it seems like one of the machines has bad ram which rackshack won't replace.. or something.. my site is down too.

edit: nevermind. i have no idea what i'm talking about. that RAM issue was with another server.
 
150,000 users and only seevn gigs? If my math is right, that means each user can get 49K worth of mail in a given month...seems a little thin! <g>

I thought this was a new deal so I'm checkin out everyone's links to their sites and of course they are all down.
 
I have had a lot of downtime recently as well. Here's what their tech support sent me about the downtime.

We sent out an email a couple of weeks ago on this.
We have also made several posts to our forums on this subject.

We are in the process of configuring some additional servers to place account on.
Once these servers are ready we will contact you to move your site.
The Sagittarius server has a memory issue, and the datacenter we are in refuses to fix it.

and then . . .

We have posted a status page for update

It's been two weeks since this post, how has Manlius hosting been since then?
 
Since that message, my service has been just fine. It's super fast and I'm enjoying the cheap plan. I just hope that this stays the same from now on. They'll lose potential customers if current customers keep complaining.
 
geez, once again my e-mail doesn't work. this is definitely getting annoying but for $4 a month, could I find a better deal?
