yea you have the procedure correct. bring the ad and invoice to good guys. buy the tv at their price (yecch) then after you bought it show them the ad and invoice and they should give you double the difference. and no, good guys will not allow you to return something that you want double the difference on.

The price actually depends on which wega model u are buying. This is the cheapest price that I found on the net for 36" wega.
Sony KV-36FS16 $1,313.00
Sony KV-36FV16 $1,440.00
Sony KV-36FV26 $1,485.00
Sony KV-36XBR400 $1,974.00
Sony KV-36XBR250 $2,080.00

I bought mine from PC Richardson. Took the price frm net, they matched it + taxes.
I have both 32" and 36" and I think they are worth the price :)

FYI---I have heard from two different people that this year's
KV-36FV26 is the same set as last year's KV-36XBR250. Does anyone
know differently?

Thanks
