Thank you...finally someone else echoes what I say all along. There are tons of people who always say you should ask to speak to a supervisor, but 99% of the time they won't transfer you. People always give me crap because I'm not being "forceful enough" but there is a point beyond which you CANNOT go without the cooperation of the person on the other end of the phone. There's no way you can transfer yourself to a supervisor. This is usually what I encounter. He pretty much told me theres nothing I can do. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me they don't have one there. I asked him whose in charge and he told me theres a supervisor but they don't take phone calls. The a-hole's name is J C (that's all he would give me for his name)
