It' s not that they bumped the price up.. they just ended another sale on the 20D. I believe with the coupon it is the cheapest it has been.

With this and the $60 off for orders over $500 I got the G6 I have been wanting for $486 (damn taxes) shipped. Saved me enough to buy an adapter and haze filter.

This deal is $20 better than the deal that was on early week for Canon SD500, which I ordered.
I don't know about other brands, but I have to wait 2months for my canon to ship, so I sent them an email about it and they offered upgrade shipping and $90 coupon for future purchase. I just emailed back about this new deal to get $20 adjusted. *grin*
but i still have to wait tho.. :(

Nice deal getting the $90 coupon!! The only thing I wonder is will it be around $90 cheaper when you finally get it. Considering how quickly prices can fall at times.

No there was better deal before.. I tried to jump on it but it was late by couple hours.
I think the Canon SD500 was like $340 with the deal. It's $364 with current deal.

I just got an email from Dell saying that they'll refund $20, upgrade shipping, and give $90 coupon. I think I came out on top on this one.. ;)
Just gotta wait out 2 months :(

I wonder if they are doing that as a kind of speculating.. charging a higher price now and buying them when the price drops....

You know.. that was what I was thinking too at first.. but seeing that Canon SD500 came out Jan. this year. I don't think there will be significant drop in price within 2 months.
Older models like S lines been around long time and they held their price for long time before any drop.
Of course this is retail, who knows what kind of bargain Dell gets from Canon.

Does dell do price protection, I bought a SD400 a about 10 days ago and now its cheaper.
