I really don't need to get an LCD for another 6 months as I have a 51" Hitachi rear projection tv now and won't be remodeling the room it's in for about 6 months. Do you think they'll be cheaper by then? I mean, this looks like a screaming hot deal for a 46" 1080p and would hate to pay for later down the road.

for those of you who might not have heard... sharp displays 46" and above use panels actually made by sharp. this is a good thing. apparently, 42" sharp displays and below are not guaranteed to have sharp panels.

can anybody confirm this?
