HOT! Sennheiser eh 150 headhphones

They look nice, and although they're not all that new "Date first available at Amazon: October 21, 2004". I have loved every sennheiser piece of equipment I have owned.
 
Yeah thats what I expected of these. I don't have any good headphones so I was checking out pricegrabber and decided to jump on these sennheisers. I'll post a review when I get them ( although I dont have any headphones to compare to other then these $6 ones I got, heh)
 
specs dont really help that much with headphones. whether someone likes a set of headphones or not is a very personal experience. best thing to do is to search for reviews, test in store, or borrow from a friend.
 
what about the Sennheiser PX 100 Headphones for $39.95 from amazon?

Those going to be worth the 15 bucks?

or any of the other sennheiser's for sale on amazons site that are $55 or less?
 
I own the pc-150's and I like them for gaming/general use. I don't really use them much for the sound quality (have klipsch 5.1's), so I mainly use them if my gf is sleeping or I'm playing CS. The microphone quality is great, I use it for ventrillo all the time and it comes out nice and clear. Note that you are paying for the PC-150's as a headset (ie you're going to want to use the microphone), and if you're just looking for a pair of headphones you'll want something different.
 
These are sennheiser eh-150s( closed headphones), not the pc-150s that are a gamingheadset with a mic.

I just got these headphones in 2 days after I purchased them, and I selected usps 7-9day predicted shipping hehe. All I can say is that these headphones are definately better then any headphones I have ever used. ( it's not much but I do have a sony cd series one that cost me $25 and another cheap koss one)

+ Extremely light and comfortable
+ Does an amazing job at preventing ambient noise, which is wierd cause these things are very light and you don't expect this
+very high bass
+ clear lows- mids- and alittle static at the very highest it can go (which bring up another +)
+ These headphones can go really LOUD!


- If you have very large ears, the cushions might not fit
thats the only - I can think of.
