I have a lot of experience with all three carriers due to my line of work.
Airborne is bad! Missed pickups, damaged packages, etc. Have you seen their crappy delivery vans? The missed pickups were the worst because the human tissue samples had to go overnight.
FedEx is best, and UPS is not too far behind.
Also avoid RPS for now due to inconsistent service. They were bought out by FedEx and is now part of FedEx ground. I'd stay away until they get their acts together.
I guess USPS was good when it was cheap.
