Hot! Samsung 171S for $600 at Sam's Club!

I don't know which model it is, but it doesn't seem like 171s. Perhaps there *was* 170s model.
Although the physical appearance suggest same model, the specs says otherwise.

Brightness and Frequency is different- 171s model is superior
Contrast ratio, oddly enough, is better(?) on the 170s model that Sam's is selling...

hmmm.... it's tempting, but i think i'll wait.

Is there a rebate on this? Maybe in that misleading "$100 off" link for monitors @ dell.com or something? It sure would be sweet to get it like that! 🙂 Does Sam's Club Pricematch? THAT would be sweet to PM to something online somewhere to make it even hotter!

I got this monitor for christmas, its amazing. There is absolutely no ghosting whatsoever and the one dead pixel was easily rubbed out. BTW the model is 170s, but for all intents its the same as the 171s. Drivers, manuals, etc are equal.
