You know that thing is doing massive amounts of steroids. A woman (or even a man) will not naturally produce that much testosterone to give them that much lean muscle mass.
 
Female bodybuilders are very attractive, however, this lady appears to "manish". She is definately not "hot" but she is not a "double bagger" either.
