Isn't Corsair's XMS3200 already DDR400 memory? AFAIK there is no official spec for DDR 400 but the XMS3200 is already at 400.

Corsair uses overclocked samsung PC2700 chips. These are true DDR400. Their ns rating is actually designed to handle these speeds.
