Circuit City has the Radeon 9200 128mb card made by ATI for $29.99 AR 128 bit memory

This card is much better than the radeon 9250 and fx5200 cards you see Compusa have on sale for $29.99AR since it has 128 BIT memory and not performance choking 64bit.

out of stock online so select in-store pickup.

I agree; this is a great deal for a decent card. I have been looking for a retail ATI for a server. I was able to place an online order to be shipped to me.

If anyone can post a working link to the rebate, that would be helpful!

Thanks, OP. Would this be a great improvement over an FX 5200? For $30 AR, really can't go wrong.

Edit: Just re-read the post =) I should've RTFP

Rebate(s). Go to the home page, scroll to bottom, click "sales & rebates", then click "peripherals & accessories, go to second page, scroll down to the ATI rebates, first and third under item #100436006CCS are $20 rebates here and here.

Spoke with sales rep who could not find the THIRD  rebate, but will be sending same to me by both e-mail and snail mail.

Btw, StealDemon, saw by your post that you were able to get it shipped to you despite the site saying "for pickup only", so I tried same and would have been successful but I shot myself in the foot confirming all three rebates by phone. In the time I did so, not only did it go out of "able to ship" stock, but it went out of stock on my preferred pick-up store, and, by the end of my phone order, it was out of stock at the store I will be picking it up at. I probably got the last one there.

So, folks, there are extremely limited quantities of these, but, if you're feeling lucky in your area, punk, you can first try to have it shipped free to you, despite what the site says.

My advice? Order one for pick-up first, then fool around.

I will post a link for the third rebate when I receive it.

Thanks, OP, effing rebates aside, for a great deal for a friend of mine, not that she knows enough to be able to appreciate it!

It says $49.99 after rebate for me. $99-$10 instant rebate - $40 mail in rebate. Where do you see $29?

Ha, ha? What good is the print out going to do you if there is no additional $30 rebate?

First of all, your basic math skills suck. Secondly, my print out proves the terms under which I entered into this contract.

Neither. Do the math. It's imaginary.

Someone please tell my they saved the webpage showing $29.99 AR...

Perknose please host that $30 rebate when you get it. Or I can host it if you email a scan.

The third rebate, if it existed, would be a $20 one. It probably doesn't exist.

I didn't save the $29.99 AR webpage offline, but I did print out two seperate pages both clearly showing $29.99 AR for this card.

That's the good news, the bad news is that my scanner is packed away somewhere because it sucks. I will unearth it if necessary.

Finally, I did have an extended convo with a CC sales rep during which she promised repeately to both e-mail and snail mail me all $60 worth of rebates, and I did get her FULL name, the date and time we talked, and the location of her call center.

Sounds like a lot of confusion over what has happened thus far. Maybe I can recap.

Initially, when the video card was first discovered, it was posted on the CC as a "add to cart to see how great the price is." It had a $99.00 price crossed out, and when you added it to the cart, it showed a $10 instant rebate - price in cart $89.

Now, also on the product listing was a link that read "$60 in rebates available." However, clicking on this link yielded an error screen. Most of us I presume then went to the rebates pages to find out what was listed. I didn't know (I guess like most) if it was one $60 rebate or two $30 rebates or what - so we found two listings under the "peripherals" subcategory which were both for $20, leading us to assume that there is a third rebate somewhere out there.

Now, CC has changed the webpage to reflect that $40 in rebates are available, so I think we're all trying to find the screen capture so that we have "proof" to argue for the last $20 with CC if the rebate never surfaces.

Don't flame me if you already know the scoop, just trying to get everyone on the same page. I think we're going to need the solidariity to make this deal happen. :p

I guess, perknose, we're all hoping, and from the sounds of your posts you will, that you'll post the email of the elusive third rebate when/if you get it...

It was 29.99AR last night, I saw it myself. Would have been hot if you could PM before the rebate (something you can often get away with after a couple tries), although I can't say this card is worth $50 by any means.

HELP! I got the confirmation for the card, but all of this talk about original links and so forth is making wonder how you even play to get the extra money. I currently see two $20 MIRs on their site. This morning when I ordered, all of the rebate links were broken. Does anyone agree that now this is not so hot; I am thinking of canceling.

It came to $90 in my cart. I also have a 20 MIR and 30 MIR. Still can't find the third rebate, which would (theoretically) be a ten dollar one.

Here's my shopping cart from my cache:

Make sure the $30 MIR you think you have is for the correct card 'sku': 100436006CCS.

I think you're $30 rebate is for a different ATI card.

NICE!

Can you dig up the page showing $60 of rebates also? That would be great!

yeah, we're all hoping this all works out. I'm just glad it was free shipping - I'll just take it back to my local CC if all the rebates don't pan out.
