Best Buy has the PNY 512MB PC2700 DDR Memory for $39.99 with no rebates (it's also in the weekly ad)

Text

PM to Staples which has it for $99.99 here

Staples also has a $20 rebate (offer #05-37231)

If you have a $20/$100 coupon, add a small filler and do the PM online to get it FAR!

Save ~$6 more if they PM at 110%!

Looks like the $20.00 MIR is expired (12/31/05), but it has a $30.00 MIR listed right below it that is still good.

So it would be no more than $9.99 if they PM at 110% of the difference.

I'm pretty sure the rebate form says "Up to $30" so it's actually only $20. I ordered it online with some CD sleeves and successfully priced matched it online this evening to drop the price $70.44, so with $4 worth of CD sleeves it'll come out to ~$20 after the SER. I'm pretty happy.

How did you price match it online? Don't you have to go to the store for that?

"Live Customer Support" - it's above the "Top 5 Help Questions" in the upper right corner. It only appears when there are CSRs available (ends at 7PM EST I think). I ordered online Sunday and just asked the CSR to PM it using that chat thing and she said I'll get the refund in 3-4 days. Several others on FW have gotten successful online PMs.

Tried to pricematch over the phone, they agreed but wanted to add $11 in overnight shipping. Argued that I could go to the local store and have them order it for me, CSR doubted it, but went to the local store and they did it.

I checked the part numbers on the easyrebate and it isn't a $20 rebate that I can tell. It is a $15 rebate.

As well you can get the PNY 256mb for $10 AR without a coupon & 100% PM. Staples sells them for $59.xx and BestBuy has them for $24.xx.

If you can get a 20/100 coupon and the 110% then you could make money on the 256mb pc2700 modules.
