just signed-up a week ago and got a "beta-tester" e-mail. all of my friends got it also. you guys might get it too.
i think they're still signing up people. klik hier (from those german pr0n sites)

please don't sign up if:
1] you don't own a PS2
2] if you only rent a PS2 at Blockbuster
3] friends/relatives don't own a PS2
4] you only own a PS/PSOne
5] if you own an BXOX, XXOX, BOXOR, SUXOR ,XCOCK?

SO I went there and signed up for the newsletters... Do you have to sign up for the beta testing there too, somewhere on the web site, or do you have to wait to get an email asking if you want to sign up?
