Most company management ppl are on crack...
here is the proof
staples, Office depot - ship u a small paperclip seperately in a large box and a lot of time, they ship u the paperclip b4 your actual stuff...
= waste of their company resource their delivery time...
(as most of item end in .9x and u need tp add a paperclip to use coupon and free shipping bah bah bah...)
staples and officemax won't let u order online and pickup in store
office depot let u order online but want u to wait for the pickup in store
same for bestbuy, circuitcity let u do in store pickup but u need to wait for them to dig out your stuff..
order status does NOT reflect B&M inventory...
u find out all your stuff is sold out when u go to the B&M to pick up your stuff...
and a lot of stupid online company won't learn from their price error and mistake...
once I go to compusa and ask the employee to find a item on their system.. I already have the sku and he told me there is a few in stock in his system
wait 20 minustes and 4 employee and manager looking in the back of the store still can't find it... finally, 10 minutes later and they find it and hand me the stuff...
going to B&M to shop is wasting my time, esp dealing with employee don't know what the heck they are doing... and don't know what the product is...
shopping online is also not fun, as u need to deal with cancellation, product delay, wrong item send, damage item...
....

My humble suggestion, why can't I order something on web and pickup in the B&M store without all the wait and hassle... ?
