Hot out of the oven

Just took this out of the oven. I think making bread is the best therapy ever (and good workout too). No mixer, breadmachine, or fancy tools were used in the production of this bread. Just a bowl and 15 minutes of kneeding with my hands. Off to bed now..

I know. The only f'd up part about this whole thing is I love to take a slice or two when it is still hot and just put honey on it and eat it. I used up all of my honey making the bread :|

My dad has been a baker for most of my life. Baking is something that I enjoy and I love the smell of freshly baked bread. Yummy!

Homemade bread is great.

When my wife, "the master baker," used to run a daycare center out of the house she'd get all the kids to make a loaf to take home. They were so proud.
