Well, one of the reasons you buy a GTR is to be seen right? In that color you will definitely be seen (for better or worse). And yeah, pretty sure it's a wrap. Maybe it'll cut down on the people that pull out in front of you because they underestimate your acceleration?
 
I'm hoping that's some body kit and no one would do that to such a nice car. But of course after seeing countless destroyed Gallardo's it wouldn't surprise me.
 
Not to my taste, but I do really like the availability of vinyl wraps - it lets people get their freak on without ruining (and in fact protecting) the car. In this particular case I don't think it works because the GTR's underlying lines are rather dull/flabby (and I am not at all a GTR hater - just the opposite). If this were, say, an Aventador, it would look great, though again it isn't something I would want for myself.

The only ugly bit is that it's an ugly GT-R.

Should add a few stripes, logos and a proper wing, because ricecar.
