Right when I got back from the store I stumbled on an article in the motherboards section saying that the Antec truepower 2.0 had problems with some Tyan mobo's, and something about "The units do not appear to be delivering consistent power -- often dropping to as low as 11.3V on the 12V rail."
If everything works out and I don't have any such problems I will consider it a good deal. It seems like a lot of other people in my area thought so too as the one I got was the last on the shelf.

the atx power connector is 24 pins. some boards are 20 pin and need a convertor
