Maybe for a 250W Deer, but not a 480W Antec. Not too long ago, I bought a TruePower 430 for Janeway and paid about the same money (currently $78+$7 @ Newegg).

Well, it's only $4 more shipped @ NewEgg ($96.00.) If I were to need this I'd order from there... Never had a bad experience with them, some have had w/refurbs but I think thats it...

Nope within rules if the coupon is from the direct manufacturer/store themselves. If the coupon was posted at another getdeals or nonaffiliated site then yes.
