HOT: Oni Soundtrack $.99 at Best Buy

Went to Best Buy (Pinole, CA) today and found them setting these out next to the registers. Originally, they cashier said that they were free, and then another cashier interjected and said it was for free only with the purchase of the PS2 version of Oni. Then someone else came by and said that they could be rung up alone. Pretty good for $1.06, if it'll work for you.

I got one for free when I bought Oni for the PC at BB. The game itself was 30 when I bought it. Not that great of a game though. Good control and character design, but they could've put a little more effort into the background and environment.

fun gameplay, some interesting moves, but no creativity at all in the background. I'm happy with the demo, and waiting for a rip to download (please don't give me crap about that, I have dial-up and dl'ing for more than 10 minutes on this one makes it not worth the trouble). I'd rather spend my time dl'ing off napster anyway. honestly, they did a crappy job designing everything BUT the fight moves. those, however, kick arse.

when they come out with a nice total package version of that game I'll be totally jazzed. as it stands now, the background is as uninspired as a 45 year old lobatimized man on valium playing with a ruler and a spirograph.

very fun game for at least the first time around... then it seems stale.
