Ummm... artist99, that is for the OEM version, dosen't have the actual full version "nero burning rom" just nero express. Express works ok untill you need to do burning from images, to images, special disks etc. that is of course unless i am mistaken, which i frequently am.

Yeah i bought one of these a couple of months ago and now that i need an image I can't use nero burning rom to burn an image of xp sp 2
 
Make sure you read the rebate form. You need "The original user's manual title page from a previous full version of qualifying titles. OEM or pre-installed are not qualifying titles"
