For $60 shipped, You can't complain. You can fit this board (mATX) in any regular ATX case or in an AOPEN H300a BookPC case. Beware! Not all mATX boards can fit in a BookPC case. This will! I have this board running a duron 800 with HP DVD/CDRW combo drive, with NIC, TV-capture card.

I got this board for $76 new at memorymedia.com 2 weeks ago. for that price difference, it's worth it to get factory new
