I originally bough a $20 one at Kmart and the quality's HORRIBLE. There's only 4 channels available, and it has to be placed on my dashboard for anything to work.. and there's static even then. I then spent $80 at the apple store for a monster one. That one can use any frequency and the quality is awesome, it even charges my iPod while it's plugged in. You get what you pay for

true, but why sell something that isn't even fit for use.

If you have an Ipod the Kensington Digital FM Transmitter is the one to get. Sweet sound with very little frequency adjustment required. $80 at Apple and ComUSA or $37 + Tax and Shipping at Buy.com after $10 rebate.

whichever one you get, be sure to get one that isn't limited to just a couple of frequencies....you won't regret it!
