There's a $30 MIR on these through the end of this weekend 3/8-3/10. Hurry and get it. Great if you don't want to pay the $10 monthly cable modem lease. Check it out @ the store.
 
Better yet, buy with amex blue, pm with the lowest price online (I've found around $100) and send in the MIR, you'll get it for $70 + tax.
dunno if it will work though.
Sometimes the choices of Cable Modem is not up to us.
I recently bought the Linksys modem since Cox website says it is compatible but turn out that is a lie.
They actually only support Toshiba and Motorola modem.
So I might have to purchase this one instead.

Personally, I don't throw around my Blue at every "deal" that comes around. I usually try to max out ($200+ refunds) on each of my 4 yearly Blue PMs.

kyutip, with your Linksys, does Cox support just refuse to help you when you say you have that modem? What if you tell them you have another modem, but still give them the Linksys MAC#, etc. Would that work? I thought they were pretty standardized.
 
Don't see the MIR online, but if you search you can PM it for $99.... Making it $70 after MIR. Thanks, I just returned the Linksys modem as comcast was a hassel to deal with and I just can't stand talking to their tech and was going to CC to get one of these, and saw this posted!

Just picked up the modem and their price tag did state there was a $30 rebate. But it's no where on their ad. Rebate printed out and it's valid from 3/8-3/11. Now to PM it to 99 and make it down to $70. Great deal, thanks again.
