Unbelieveable! I got the confirmation email too. I am proud to be a WalMart employee!!! But they won't let me enter XBox area:| Guess they do not want WalMart sell XBox?
 
Still no email. I completed 11 of the holiday modules on 12-13. During the quizes after doing 3 or 4 it said " You've qualified for all prize giveaways ", and I went on to complete a total of 11 modules. When I went to the prize page it never said " You've already won this package ", it just displayed prizes remaining. My login page still shows that I completed 11 of the holiday training quizes. I'm not sure if I'll get it or not.
 
wonder what happened to the december 19th ship date......

cant wait for flight sim to go with my new sidewinder force feedback 2 (cousin's gift! WOOHOO! hehe)
 
Im in the same boat as you tacoma99. Hopefully, I will be surprised by a MS package in a few weeks, but Im not holding my breath.
 
I think when you register for the retail program, the default setting for email is OFF, so you don't get any emails from them. If you have never received email from MS, you'd better check your profile!
 
Remember, the people that completed the training before (or on, I think) December 12th would have theoir prizes shipped on 12-19. If you finished afterwards, then it would be shipped in the weeks after. I'm guessing mine ships 12-26.
 
Good point.. In MS email it specifically said that I have completed 10 of 15, gonna get the prise and will get an email with a tracking number once the package ships.. Now that is the only thing I am expecting now.. a quick email with a UPS tracking number. And Since most of us did this quiz after 12/12, people who actually filled this before 12/12 will get the priority over us.. I'll say 1st or 2nd week of January - if I get it then, I would be a very happy person..

Thanks for the heads-up, amgc36.........it turns out that my email setting was OFF, just as you said. I suspect that this is the reason I have not received a shipping email from M$.

I also finished the quizzes on 12/13, however, at that time there were still over 1200 prize packages left. It may be that M$ is not shipping the prize packages for those of us who completed the quizzes after the 12th, but with so many packages still left on the 13th, it doesn't appeal to my common sense that they would not ship them all at once.

Just my .02 cents, but it doesnt matter to me if it shipped on the 19th, the 26th or whatever. Finishing those quizzes for the prize package is no less than "found" Xmas presents imho. Sort of like "found" money.......no problem for me to wait until I receive it.

since i did it on the 13th, i'm guessing mine ships on the 26th...just trying to see if they'll ship packages to the people who met the cutoff date on the 19th.....
 
I did all of the test almost right after they went online. I got the first email, but I have not recieved another message saying that it had shipped.

Just a reminder from a previous post...........the email notification in your M$ profile is turned OFF by default. This is probably why you have not received a "shipping" email.
 
mine was turned off and I was still recieving emails from them about the prizes. I turned it on though and I still have not recieved anything.

I got my package today around noon. CD's are in white paper sleaves and there aren't any manuals. That's not a problem though. I'm just happy I had a chance to win these software titles.
