yes it is lambskin. The leather is quite soft.

Good God!! I thought it was just me!!! The first thing I said when I opened the box was "That looks like a womans jacket!!!". Mine is a tiny little XL with a maroon/red lining!!! They will be hearing about this!!!!

I'm almost your size and a the men's small fit me perfectly at Target.
I think target.com has the size information linked to the jackets.
Better hurry if you want the small, though. As of 9 PM EST, there are only two left on Amazon.

Well, I'm 5'5" and 148 lbs., with a medium build and semi-broad shoulders. Mine (small) is arriving tomorrow. If it's a men's jacket, I'll post how well it fits. I'm really hoping it will fit, because I'm quite sure a Medium would have too long of sleeves.

well I got my jacket yesterday, and it fits fine, has high quality skins on it, and is buttery smooth. Im also about 280 and 6'0. XXL is just right.

i was wondering how thick the zip up jacket is?..i ordered mine yesterday so i won't be recieving it in quite a while, but if anyone could describe how thick or warm the jacket is, it would be greatly appreciated. I was also wondering how long the sleeves are for a small if anyone knows. apparently i have really long arms for my size, so my only concern right now is how long the sleeves are on the small.
