Actually this has been done. A couple of years ago someone was selling an X10-based controller that could be controlled via AIM. (Hmmm, I can't find my reference to that...) Our product (which runs on 110v) was a particularly popular match.

I thought of this idea back when I worked on (Leisure Suit) LarryLand for The Sierra Network. :-D A chat-activated vibrator peripheral!

Someone probably *could* make some money making a remote client that controls this thing! :-D But it's just powered via USB, right... there is no existing software interface for it that is shipped with it, is there?

Seriously though, this might actually be decent. I think I may order one. (might be handy to have at work for those times when I get stressed and my neck gets really tight)
