Original price is $399 so it works just apply the 42% off coupon and then the 35$ off coupon this will bring the price to 196.42$ shipping after discount costs $18 = 214$ shipped. I had to pay extra 18$ sales tax so total cost was 232$

Both are great but features + price makes the Logitech's better. Ultras might sound better but I am not that audiopile to differentiate between them.

For the features, Logitech's are really great.

I currently have a 3 year old logitech Z-560 and they still sound great, the subwoofer is a monster and the satellites are crisp and clear. I am getting those for my future PC with X-FI platinum card 🙂
