This card is on clearance at Las Vegas area Office Max's, so YMMV. It is $9.00 out the door, no rebates. As of 10:10 AM 12/5, the store on Rainbow and Lake Mead has one, the one of Craig & MLK should have seven, and no other stores have any.
I have no idea if this promotion extends to other districts. This is an in-store special buy ad only, I have nothing I can give you to attempt price matches with, and I didn't even notice it in the ad when I went in there. Maybe if someone else finds it they can post a scan.
 
pretty good deal! i got two of these about 3 months ago on newegg for $7 each after rebate +$2.99 shipping = $9.99 each.. got the rebate a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the performance of these cards.
 
$9 out the door in Chicago area. They didn't advertise it and the shelf price said $69.99 clerance. I asked the girl to do a scan and she said $9.
