Normally it takes a big percentage off deal and a $40 off $400 stackable coupon to get it down around $370. 2005FPW deals tend to go to $370 quarterly, lower maybe once a year (normally some sort of coupon stacks that shouldn't and it takes a little while for Dell to catch it).
 
It normally does coincide with the end of Dell's fiscal quarter... which someone else might know when exactly that is...

I'd wait. I've bought two at different times. First for 245, and the second for 212 + Tax (dell sb).
