If anyone got in on this deal and does not want it please PM or email me. Target is suck! They were supposed to have set one back for me, but when I called before driving two hours to get it, no one knew anything about and the last one got sold the day before....

Was able to buy one of the Target 3765's. However, it keeps making a crackling noise when I use the stylus. The transcriber option also causes it to hang. And come to find out, I think it was a return at some point based on the packaging condition on the inside. So, now I have a great deal on a defective 3765, wonderful... I can still return it to get my money back, but then I'm out the 3765. If someone can emai me the PM'ed receipt I would greatly appreciate it. rr_67@yahoo.com I'll be checking back to see if it's posted too. Thanks in advance!

hevnsnt...thanks for the updates! Installed, but still have the crackling (alot less though). So, I'm hoping to get a hold of one of those staples receipts and give this one back to Target.
Thanks again!

went to staples with copied target receipt in hand, but he wouldn't accept it, as it was a clearance price. He did, however, go online and pricematched to the lowest price he could find on pricewatch which was $368. What he didn't know was that this price was for a refurb product. He was a really cool guy...even through in a pack of styluses for free. So considering the $50 rebate...and the %110 price match...not bad.

Staples in San Francisco refused to price match the staples receipt......

Which makes a lot of sense considering that has always been a strech to get at anywhere besides a target store.

And considering the staples reciept to pricematch to is almost a month old, they can ignor it (due to date limitations on PMing).

This deal is basically dead.
