Another Staples hot deal:

CompUSA will have the Intel wireless mouse/keyboard/base bundle for $80 (after $50 instant rebate) from this Sunday.

Price match with them, add another base station for $20, and a couple of paper clips to make it $100, use a $25 off $100 coupon.

You pay $80 + $20 - $25 = $75, you get two MIR from Intel, $30 for the keyboard/mouse/base bundle, $20 for base station.

$75 - $30 - $20 = $25.

You can use two base stations in two rooms to share the keyboard and mouse on two computers.

<< The mouse isn't by any chance optical, is it? >>

NO I don't think it is...

Got to find the SKU number for the bundle, I saw it in store but could not find it on their web site...

This deal starts this coming Sunday right? Checked CompUSA online and it's still at $129.99.

Also can't find the bundle on the Staples' site? Anybody have a SKU?

I think intel's 900MHz is better technically than Logitech's radio freq, wider range plus with the one basestation you can add more devices (a wireless gamepad for example) later on which is not available for logitech.

This would be a HOT deal, if only Staples carried this product. They do not. Not on their website, or at their B&M stores. They only have the 3 pieces separately, which will not qualify for the $30 rebate.
