We run almost entirely IBM Thinkpads at my company.....the 560 and 570's are fragile for a Thinkpad (but better than other brands) and the LCD is weak....almost looks like a passive-matrix.
.paldo... i don't mean to crap. but i think it's a bit much to put pII 333mhz laptop as hot regardless of it's price. i think for such a yesterday's computer, it could get cheaper. and besides... if you've waited this long to get yourself a pII 333 machine... you probably could wait a bit more to have wallmart do another $700 laptop deal.
sorry if this deals ain't that good guys. I'm currently posting from my POS HP 433 Celeron with a 12.1 HPA screens. The only thing that matters to me right now is a bigger TFT screens since. Let's see if I'll keep this one or sell my POS HP. And didn't I told you Assholes not to crap if this ain't hot?
This is an okay deal. I wouldn't go rush out and buy it unless I really need a laptop, but I know the 570's go on Eßay for more than this.
I use a ThinkPad 560Z (previously used 560X, 560E, and 560). I think they're pretty good laptops and the TFT screens are bright with good color. I don't think it looks ANYTHING like the passive matrix screens I've seen in the past.
