"can this be done" is a horrible way to start a hot deal thread. :|

but as for the laptop, these things would be killer because the price is right and the laptops are packed with loads of good stuff in there but the video card is what ruins the thing. They use that savage shared memory video and its performance is horrible for games and dvd's. But at that price its still a good basic laptop since it does have most everything else you need (including an 8x cdrw. i still cant believe that these are becoming standard in notebooks! very nice.)

Anyway, if the PM doesnt work then theres always the zt1130 which can usually be seen around 1099 plus $100-$200 rebate.
