I'm picky about towels. I got some one time from Macy's and they were soft and fluffy... However, even after numerous washings they still fluffed off on me when I dried myself with them... I HATE when towels do that... It's like having lint stick to your body after you shower....ick. So needless to say, I check towel quality in advance these days....

I'm with Scarpozzi on this one - towels are too personal to purchase online. I'd rather pay more for a lush one than to have seven or eight inferior ones.

Since we are on towel quality thought I'd chime in with my personal experience. The best towel I have are made of Egyptian Cotton and manufactured in Great Britain. I bought them at Stroudt's a few years back and they are unbelieveable.
