Co-worker got his already. Mine is trapped in order status hell.

Having emailed OD and talked to OD on the phone and they can't figure whats wrong with the order. At first they claimed Credit Hold but my Bank says no, they haven't even tried to charge the account. Each time they push the call up their support chain its a call back and they never call back.

Twice I have done business with OD and both times they screwed up which is why I always shop OfficeMax. You would think they could at least know why orders placed with them fail (two different reps could not get it to work)
 
yea... my order said it'll ship on the 6th... but they never charged my credit card neither... i should call...
