I got 3 of them today (ordered 4.. I guess all my Staples had were graphite). 1 came with both software titles, one came with 1 software title, and 1 came with no software titles. Prices for each were about $65, $35, and $.01! Yes, the one that came with no software title has an invoice that says I will only be charged 1 cent :Q So I guess that's a free PDA. 😀
 
I got a call from a local staples employee this morning. she said the graphite one was OOS at her store, and that she was getting one transferred from another. I was instructed to expect them thursday.
 
Like i said earlier, dont be surprised if these things show up unexpected. It's too many orderes for them to stop every one before they get out
 
No option for ordered orange and/or green, and then PM on phone?

Not sure of the time when I ordered, but I ordered them when this thread had like 4 or 5 posts.

They came here and dropped it off. 🙂

I got sufficient sleep and am not worried about something I ordered that might not be legit that I didn't need anyway.

But happiness does not come from the things we possess, anyway.

I told them I wanted my order to stay in backorder, they said they don't let any items stay in backorder.

They are lying, right?

I didn't reference my comments to anyone but myself. You have a good attitude about it - some of the members here don't - they are clearly upset and cursing Staples.

BTW, IF I had ordered, and IF it WENT, I'd be out $65. I DON'T need one.

I'm not that concerned... If it goes through, it goes through... Of course, there's a LOT of things that we don't need, but for my purposes a handheld is very useful... (I had a Palm III when it first came out, but it kept breaking and Palm wouldn't replace it recently because it was discontinued). 🙁

Anyway, to each their own...

Like we all thought this deal was legit when we went through the ordering process. Admit it we are attempting to make the best out of an honest error.

I agree,I've wanted a PDA for quite awhile but not enough to justify spending all sorts of money on one.If this comes great,if not oh well,you win some,you lose some.
 
I was thinking.. what would happen if I returned the software I got? For example, in my 3 orders that I got, 1 came with 2 software titles, 1 came with 1 software title, and the last came with no softare title. Their prices were $65, $32, and $0.01 respectively.

If I returned all the software titles, would I get them all for $0.01 each? 😛
