Good deal. Where Godiva chocolate may not be the best, Godiva Truffles are very very very good. My wife loves Godiva, but I won't buy her anymore chocolate for at least a few months we got about 3 or 4 boxes of it for Christmas

The Godiva chocolates sold in US are crap, because its made in NY, vs imported from Belgium. They use different proportion of cocoa butter and probably other stuffs too. I suggest you people should try other Belgian Chocolate stores such as Neuhaus or Leonidas. I know there are some stores around here in the SF Bay area, and in NY. I'm sure it is sold in other areas but I haven't checked. Let me know how these taste !

You're right; US Godiva is more name than substance. I can't believe what people pay for this stuff. The US market has always been easy to capture by creative marketing, just look at Absolut and Bose for starters.
