Yes, you are right with the tax. Typing in a 5-digit coupon code is not THAT difficult though.

i read at staples.com that they reserve the right to refuse coupon if it was picked of a website, message boards etc.... so i guess its gonna be hassles with staples to get that $40 coupon working.

guess buy.com is much better service and cheaper.... it even beats the lowest price search from pricegrabber !

btw, buy.com raised price back to $180 (was at $172 only for sometime today)... still great deal after coupon/rebate for excellent camera.

do what i did. i pm'd staples with Buy.com's price, then did a 30 of 100 and a 10 of 50 and got it out the door for 142.00 or so shipped.
check out phatwallet.
i bought another one and they wouldn't accept both coupons ,so i paid 152.00 shipped. the pm'ng with staples as done over the phone and was easy.

the camera rox btw.

i've heard the price difference isn't much anyways. that shouldn't be a deterrent from an otherwise great camera IMO.
