Very cool. Unfortunantly I just depleted my checking after spending $200 at thinkgeek.com... They were for gifts, I swear!

Do you have a link to the (2) $20 HD rebates? I can only find one.

EDIT: There are two listed, but they are exactly the same.

It's not that we like rebates. People like the discounts you can get with rebates, especially when combined with a coupon code from a store like Staples.

I looked at both hard drive rebates mentioned above. I clicked on "Print Mail-In Form" and I see they are sent to the EXACT same address:

Mail to: ( Dept. 02-50545 ), P.O. Box 028515, Miami FL 33102-8515

I don't think they can be different if they are sent to the same department. That's the same thing as sending a rebate in twice.

leave it to staples to squash a good deal once they have found out. there were 2 separate rebates. dont believe me, check out FW threads about the 2. the 2 rebates had 2 different offer numbers. staples.com even yanked the link to the rebate from the maxtor product page. sorry guys, looks like staples didnt intend to have such a nice deal. ask around FW to see if someone can provide a scan if they printed the 2 forms out in time.

I posted a similar thread before on this, keep in mind the copy commander coupon requires both orginal upc's so than means you may have problems with the MIR for the hard drive.
