I like my 1&1 account better. Can use an FTP client. But for free and when I'm nearing my bandwidth cap, this doesn't seem like a bad alternative to PutFile or something similar.

a 16MB file to speed test on.

I find it works better if I upload it to my regular host and then use the import URL feature. Much better. :thumbsup:
