After scouring the net for a deal on the season 2 boxed set, I ordered mine for $48.06 shipped from deepdiscountdvd. Much to my dismay, while shopping at CostCo for cheese I saw Stargate Season 2 box set for $39.99! Hope this benefits a few SG-1 fans. Now I have to not only wait for it to arrive, I have that empty pit feeling of knowing I could have gotten a better deal. To bad DeepDiscount won't PM CostCo B&M

Good deal, I got this today at CC for $45. It was $60 there but I had them price match BB. BB was sold out and this was the last one at CC so I guess I got lucky considering there are not Costco's around here.

I didn't see Season 1 there. They had Star Trek:TNG season 4 for $89, but I didn't see any previous seasons. I guess they only stock the current releases. Their pricing may be regional too, I don't know. This was seen at a Northern California store.

cool! you know if this deal is permenant? it's my birthday in.. 4 days, so i'm not sure if someone will get me this.. but i really want it.. i love the show, and bought season 1 as soon as it came out.. i even bought volume one of the season one before it came out.. so i have an extra one of those..

It must be a regular price as it is printed inside the plastic as item 478407 $39.99. I was able to cancel my order at DDD so I picked it up at CostCo.

VERY good deal indeed! I'm all over this - heading out there tomorrow! Thanks for letting me know, I'm all over this! I had heard a while back that season 2 was coming out in September, but I had forgotten about it until this post. Just one more set - season 3, and then I'll be satisfied. I still enjoy the later eps (season 4 on), but somehow they just don't grab me like the older ones.

I ordered mine from DeepDiscountDVD because at the time it was the best price I could find. Come September 3 when it was released, everything else shipped from DDD but SG Season 2 as it's on backorder. I run into this post last night and I go over to my nearest Costco to look for it. Sure enough they don't have it. Not to dispair as I had another one across town and I hit jackpot. $39.99 indeed. Save a few bucks and I get it in a timely fashion. Thanks!
