as for the egg thing, there is salmonella here (im pretty sure) but i think they just dont worry about it. i havent gotten sick yet and ive had raw eggs a variety of times.

The one in Time Square is really close to the Madame Toussoud's wax museum, and the theatre that shows Lion King musical and that huge cybercafe place. Hope that helps a little bit. Sorry i don't know which street that is.

ok the people who say yoshinoyas is great obviously haven't got real beef bowls/chicken bowls...

its similar to people who say TopRamen is da bomb...have not had real japanese ramen...it may cost $2 a pack but its awesome.

...but for the price...can't complain..are some stuff on the menu still $2.99?...
and btw...yoshinoyas jpn does NOT taste like yoshinoyas us, so don't compare the taste/quality just coz' they bear the same name.

Thanks for the coupon.

I usually use them up immediately when I get the flyer in the mail.

The one near my house open 24-hours too :)

It's still Japanese, though its parent Saison Group had been in financial trouble and had sold various parts of its family to other companies. For example, the sister life insurance company was sold to the USA company GE. Its sister hotel and resorts chain was sold to a UK company. And a big sister convenience store chain was sold to someone else. There was talk that the rival Sumitomo Group may try to free the big sister Seiyu Supermarket chain from the Saison family.

Since the japanese Yoshinoya chain gets all of its beef from the USA, you are eating a USA beef bowl....

i know it doesn't taste anything like an authetnic teriyaki beef bowl(as the japanese use real beef strips and real teri sauce), it still tastes good to me anyway :)
