The Radeon is supposed to look about as good in 2D as the Matrox 400/450, isn't it?

The DDR is also a pretty fast 3d card. Not as good as geforce2 DDR, but pretty close the geforce2 gts, in 32 bit color at decently high resolutions, anyway.

Or I think that is what I have gleaned by reading around, anyway.

Please update the topic title of this thread so that it does not say "DEAD".

Thank you admins.

Wadaya mean? It is dead. Unless you know something I don't know. The match price source (PC Mall) for the deal has gone up 75 dollars or so, making it a cold (and dead deal). Unless you know something different.

googlegear.com has the VisionTek Geforce2 at 152. Any chance Staples/Ingram Micro has this one as well?

Ouch. It went up over $50 to 209.99. Wonder why the price jumped so much in a couple of days. :/
Glad I ordered mine on Friday. Unless someone finds another place selling the Gladiac for $160ish this thread is definitley dead. :(

No, I wasn't able to pricematch either the Visiontek card or the Gigabyte card (thankfully for me, since I found a better price on the Elsa). Either they don't carry them, or the CSR I spoke to couldn't find them (highly unlikely).

Uhhh, I did share the best price on the Elsa. I was saying that I found a better price on the Elsa than on the Visiontek or the Gigabyte.
