I was checking Dell's weekend deals and came across a couple of monitors that seem cheap compared to what I've seen at the major retail stores. Both feature 1920 x 1080 resolution.

The S2309W 23" Full HD Widescreen Monitor is listed for $169 (DVI and VGA connections only) Linkand the 24" S2409W Full HD Monitor (w/HDMI) is listed for $199. :thumbsup:Link

Wow, so I feel ridiculous right now. I bought a E248WFP for $204 today, plus tax (~$14).

Anyone know how they compare? I've got two weeks to return this big one, all I know is that it has a slightly higher resolution.

hot! remember when a 15in was like 200?? lol. . .
so tempting.... but i would like bigger as its my primary tv too.

Very pleased with the S2309W I got recently (paid a bit less). Only minor complaint is no height adjustment on the screen, but a ream of paper fixes that.

I've bought dozens of the S2209W (22") model. This are a very basic monitor, but cheap and performs very well. The price is unbeatable, especially with free shipping and Dell's 3-year warranty. No height adjustment on these, just a basic stand. All 3 sizes in this line (S2209W, S2309W, S2409W) have the same full-HD 1080 resolution, pixelization is obviously least noticable on the smallest size. Very happy with this line, and hope to buy more of them soon.
