The Yamaha is a pretty good deal, though if you're going to use it for PC purposes you should note that it clips BTB and WTW.

The Energy is an OK deal (includes subwoofer), but note that a bunch of places have been selling the 5.0 version for $199, leaving you the possibility of getting a better sub for just a bit more.
