Yeah, the site was slow to load, but it is eventually there. It looks pretty fishy to me too. Personally, I'm wary of anyone who uses testimonials to sell. And I don't see how the price can be that much different just because they are OEM versions. Especially when they mention that for WinXP you have to download there version of the service pack, because Microsoft won't let you use theirs because it's OEM??? I don't think so.
 
Is this your own site? How did you find out about it? IP-only server... seems awfully suspicious.

Why exactly are you publicizing this obvious scam?
