It is Dell who pay the fee though they have some discount from ups.

shit! Because I choosed CUSTOMER OWNED SHIPPING, now they are asking
me for shipping account #, method of shipping, and the name of my shipper. God, it is not free shipping. What can I do? just tell them
to use regular UPS ground shipping? it maybe charge me $50.

2 things, one you might want to edit your last posts first work otherwise you wont have to worry about posting topics here for cursing in the forum. Two, they will probably charge you $95 for shipping at least that is what mine was a couple of months ago.
