Same thing happened to me.. when I had the Pickup from store with cash option checked.. it changed to OOS.

I cleaned Cookies.. reordered and chose C.C. and let them deliver for 2 bucks and it was magically back in stock.

Thanks for the headsup on refreshing cookies or I might have given up.

Damn..wish i had gotten on this earlier. I have one online order that isnt cancelled yet. I just tried to place another one over the phone to pickup at MLK in portland, OR - but the CSR read off some long email about how the coupon is only supposed to be valid with a purchase of a desktop or laptop PC.

drove some distance like 1 mile ... picked up 15 of them to make some money ... they still have 7 on the shelf like 10 min ago. San Bernadino store office depot. I saw it didn't how up as in stock, so I printed my backorder form with the total price. Went to store and picked them up! they didn't know what's going on when you call them, you have to talk with the person at cashier #1. btw, I called before hand and they said there was none in stock... if i believed them... i wouldn't have 15 loaded in my car..

Cleaned out the Northtown (MN) office Depot. They had 4 left. The CSR even rang em up separate for me. How nice! -TAL

I printed out the cart showing the item in stock (Thanks ReaganCRW) with the coupon showing -$47.74 as well. Then made sure to write down the coupon code so the CSR could punch it in the register. Worked great!
