It should've been in the confirmation e-mail you got after you submitted your request. The subject should be something like {PD-###} Help Desk Submission, where ### is your number. I'm 423.

Just did mine. I've been offline a day or two and didn't realize they were back up until I saw this thread. Makes me glad I was too lazy to request a refund for my $5.00. If CW actually pulls through I'll be very happy w/ my $5.00 a year hosting. #806 btw.

A couple questions...

If I get rebuilt, will all my content be there? Or is it gone forever?

If I get a refund, will the refund the cost of my domain? I bought it from them too.

Here's my reasoning on how long it will take: 813 (me) x 15 min. = 12195 / 60min. = 203 hours and 15 min. / 5 (hours a day they may work) = 40.65 / 7 employees = 5.8 days rounded up: about 6 days for my account to be setup. I hope i'm right, but i dont wanna get my hopes up too high, so im guessing 2 weeks. =)

Earlier today my site was back "up". No content, but it was going to an Admin type page (that I couldn't seem to log into)

This makes me hopeful that the domains are propogating, and now when they get to my ticket #158 they can just turn it back on.

Here's to hoping!

hmm...if they're at 150+ already then theres good chance mine will get up early next week.

If you are going to post the #, don't say anything stupid. Shawn is going to have his lawyers monitor this forum, and anyone that says anything bad will never has his account set up. You are warned.

Just got this as a response to my open ticket:

Announcement
Author: admin
Time: 26-7-2002-11:54

Subject: Update & Thank you, from Shawn.

Announcement: Thank you for the overwhelming number of responses we have received from 3:00pm EDT today through Midnight tonight (Friday July 26th, 2002) - we are happy to report that less than 10% of all tickets filed are refund requests and we have had MANY good comments in our REBUILD tickets in support of our project. We appreciate your support - we will prevail - now that we have a partial snapshot as to how many people want to be Rebuilt vs. Refunded, we are very happy to report we are preparing to install more servers in response to this snapshot. I have personally been looking at many tickets tonight, reading comments (thank you for your constructive criticism as well as positive support) and just please know that I am personally involved in this rebuild project from the ground up.

Thanks for your support.

Shawn
